Amazing staff, clean rooms, enjoyable breakfast.

I stayed here with my family and we were blown away by how welcoming the staff was and how clean everything was. The courtisy was next level with warm cookies waiting at check-in and a pool that suited everyone's needs. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool and the staff were always making sure we had everything we needed.

It wasn't cheap but for what we got, I think it was acceptable.

Plus, the fridge in my room didn’t cool properly until the last day, which was inconvenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but hope they can address these maintenance issues.

Now, let’s keep it real—ants in the kiddos' room are a major buzzkill! Kinda bumpy when the staff admits it’s an ongoing issue. And with a broken closet door and funky bathroom smells, it’s a letdown for the price paid. Still, we made the best of it and laughed it off!

i loved my stay at the fairfield inn! the staff was incredibly friendly, especially chris at check-in and the lovely young lady managing breakfast. everything was clean and nicely decorated, from the rooms to the entrance. the location was perfect, just a short drive from the PIT airport, and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable.
